RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 5 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for full refund on your original payment method. 

You will need to request RMA#. Contact us as info@seascootercompany.com to get RMA# emailed to you. 

Do not return your purchase without “Return Material Authorization” number (RMA).

If you are requesting an exchange, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges back to us, and we will pay the return-shipping fee back to you (only within Continental US). 

ALL RETURNS 

Returns and Exchanges must be completed within 5 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards. In original condition as received. No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements. If items are returned after 5 days, or appear in used condition, they will be subject to a 25% or minimum $10 restocking fee. 

NOTE: Sea Scooter Company LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions depending on the severity of damage/use to the item. 

Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the customer will be charged shipping costs. 

All shipping discrepancies must be reported by the customer within 24 hours of receiving the package.
